I just read your comment on Bill Richardson and his new post, and there's something I did not understand. You recommend that he be "...parked in Panama..." May I ask why? And this is not a charged question. Is just that you comment sparked my curiosity. Could it be that you have read something I haven't? I will really appreciate your response.
